Doggie Dash is on, and I am dashing to save lives!

If you know me, then you know how important animals and the environment are in my life! So, it's no surprise that I work where I do...WITH ANIMALS!

If you know me, then you also know that our wonderfully sweet dog Emi died this past Christmas. She was from a huge rescue that OHS did in Eastern Oregon in 2009, about 125 dogs and puppies were saved. I will forever treasure the 13 years we shared and be forever grateful to OHS for bringing us together. She was a grounding powerhouse for me, and I hope I gave her the cushy and safe life of her dreams.

If you know me, you'll immediately understand why I'm fundraising for all the animals at the Oregon Humane Society. I hope you'll join me in helping pets from all areas of Oregon, California, Oklahoma, Texas, and more who OHS helps rescue, give the necessary medical care, and, ultimately, find loving forever homes, just like my best friend Emi did.

And, if you know me, you'll recollect that I can sometimes be a terrible procrastinator. Please don't put this off! Whatever you're comfortable giving, no matter how small, will mean a lot to me and to the animals.

From the bottom to the top of my heart I say a ginormous THANK YOU!!
