Poppy was the light of our family's life for the few short months she was in it. She was sweet, cuddly, and playful. Her favorite position was to curl up under your chin and fall asleep on your chest while you were working, snoring softly. She loved so big and we loved her right back. Words cannot describe how much this little kitten meant to all of us. Her absence is beyond heartbreaking.
This is why I am asking all of you to consider donating to the Oregon Humane Society in Poppy's honor to help all of her friends at OHS be just a little more comfortable and happy. With her abounding love for everyone she met, I have no doubt that it would bring her so much joy to know that she's helping her brothers and sisters, especially in the cold winter months to come.
No matter how bad my family wants it, we know that we can't bring this little ball of love back into our lives. However, it would make us so incredibly happy to see that in Poppy's name, we are paying it forward and helping other animals in need just as we helped her. We want to do everything we can to create something beautiful during this devastating time. The lifesaving work of OHS is only possible because of donors like you.
