That's right, it is that time of year - the time of year I ask all my family and friends to help me raise money for Oregon Humane’s Doggie Dash to help animals and people in our community!

This place is one of a kind, a true leader in helping people and pets and the place that gave me the chance to be a Veterinary Social Worker! If you have ever heard one of my amazing, hilarious and heart-warming stories...or laughed so hard when I showed up (probably late) to our lunch or dinner covered in cat pee or dog poop...then basically you owe it this place!

Help me continue keeping people and pets together, supporting the staff doing this work and...keep me employed! The world is a better place for animals and the people who love them when Oregon Humane has the funds to provide:

- Daily care for shelter animals while they await their new homes.
- Financial aid for pet owners in need so that they don’t have to deny their animal veterinary care due to cost.
- Specialized training for animals in Oregon Humane’s Behavior Modification Program.
- Investigations into suspected cases of cruelty and neglect by Oregon Humane Law Enforcement.
- Second Chances for animals transferred to Oregon Humane from other shelters across the state and beyond.
