Blue came to Oregon Humane through the Second Chance program, which partners with various shelters around the country to help allieviate over-crowded shelters and to give animals a 'second chance' of adoption! Funds raised events like Doggie Dash go directly to helping Mr. Blue..I mean all the programs and services that Oregon Humane offer!
