This one’s from the heart. Simply put, I’d be lost without my Apollo & Mario.

I’m doing the Doggie Dash for Oregon Humane Society—and it feels deeper than just a fundraiser.

Apollo and Mario… my boys. They came to me through OHS’s Second Chance Program, and I still think about how wild and beautiful that is. Out of everything, we found each other. That kind of love… it stays with you. It changes you.

So I’m showing up for them—and for all the animals still waiting for their person.

I’m raising money to support the work OHS does every day:
• caring for animals while they wait for a home
• helping people afford the care their pets need
• giving animals the training and patience to trust again
• protecting animals from neglect and harm
• and bringing in animals from all over to get their second chance

If you feel it in your heart to give, I’d really appreciate it. Truly.
It all goes toward creating more moments like the one that brought Apollo and Mario into my life.
