We’re a team of chemistry graduate students and one very enthusiastic German Shepherd (Juneau!) participating in the Oregon Humane Society Doggie Dash! Between research and school we’re raising money to help make life brighter for animals and the people who love them.

Every dollar raised supports the critical, life-changing programs and services that Oregon Humane provides, including:
• Daily care for shelter animals while they await adoption into new, loving families
• Comprehensive medical care for shelter pets (spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and other needed treatments)
• Financial assistance for pet owners who need help accessing veterinary care
• Specialized behavior training programs for animals in need
• Investigations into suspected cases of animal cruelty and neglect
• Second chances for animals transferred from shelters across Oregon and beyond
